Guldager As of July 1, 2020, A/S has acquired SBC-Inter—a 100 percent Danish-owned company founded by Ole Mariboe in 1975. Ever since then, the company has been a leader in corrosion-protective water treatment, gentle cleaning of cooling systems, deacidification and cleaning of heating systems, and chemical surface treatment.
In the year 2000, the company was acquired by his sons Steen and Carsten Mariboe and simultaneously renamed SBC-Inter. As a result of SBC-Inter's combined experience and know-how, the company has operated throughout most of Europe, the Middle East, Africa, and South America, handling projects in both onshore and offshore environments.
SBC currently works with power plant boilers, low-pressure boilers, and cooling towers, where the company is purposefully focused on developing and providing services that take both the environment and safety into account. “We are therefore pleased to be joining Guldager , where together we can develop new, robust service concepts for the industry,” says Steen Mariboe of SBC-Inter.
