This privacy and personal data policy has been summarized to better inform you as a customer about which personal data Guldager A/S processes and how we process it – personal data should be understood as all personally identifiable data. Guldager A/S respects all requests for confidentiality of personal information submitted online and is aware of the need for appropriate protection and responsible processing of all personal information that we receive.

If the personal data policy below cannot be accepted, the Guldager A/S reserves the right to reject orders and other inquiries, as failure to accept may result in Guldager A/S cannot service the relationship, which is otherwise required by applicable legislation.

Personal data covers all data that can be used to identify individuals, including, but not limited to, first name, middle name, last name, age, gender, position, private address or other physical address, email address, or other contact information, regardless of whether it pertains to their private residence or workplace.

Your data is stored on servers within the Nordic region. Some personal data is managed by a third party (data processor) that stores and processes personal data on Guldager's behalf in accordance with this data privacy policy and applicable data protection legislation.

When unsubscribing from marketing from Guldager A/S will delete all commitments you have made to us. These cannot be recreated, and if at any time you would like insight into what we have previously sent you, previous offers or similar, we would like to point out that these cannot be recreated.

How long is your personal data retained?

For active customer relationships, your data is retained for as long as necessary to provide service to you. If the customer relationship is terminated, your data is retained for up to two years, depending on the nature of the data. Emails used for marketing purposes are automatically deleted or retained based on your engagement – if you do not open our marketing emails, your data is automatically deleted after six months.

You may request access to or deletion of your data at any time. Due to other legal obligations (such as the Danish Bookkeeping Act and Anti-Money Laundering Act), all transactional data, including contact and company information, is retained for five years.
