Guldager A/S respects all requests for the confidentiality of personal information submitted online and is mindful of the need for appropriate protection and secure processing of all personal data we receive.

How long is your personal data retained?
For active customer relationships, your data is retained for as long as necessary to provide service to you. If the customer relationship is terminated, your data is retained for up to two years, depending on the nature of the data. Emails used for marketing purposes are automatically deleted or retained based on your engagement – if you do not open our marketing emails, your data is automatically deleted after six months.
You may request access to or deletion of your data at any time. Due to other legal obligations (such as the Danish Bookkeeping Act and Anti-Money Laundering Act), all transactional data, including contact and company information, is retained for five years.
Data Breach
We take security breaches and data leaks extremely seriously. In the event of a suspected data breach from Guldager A/S's internal servers or external partners, a series of measures will be initiated to ensure the best possible protection for our customers and users.
This includes assessing the scope of potential damage, notifying potentially affected customers and users, reporting to the Danish Data Protection Agency (Datatilsynet), and taking action to contain the impact of the breach.
If we suspect a data breach from Guldager A/S or its external partners, all affected parties, including the user, will be notified within 72 hours. If you suspect that your data has been compromised by Guldager A/S, please contact us immediately.
Access to information
You can modify your account details and areas of interest at any time, including specifying whether you wish to be contacted regarding product or service offers, or to unsubscribe from newsletters.
