Effective January 18, Guldager A/S assumes ownership of ARO Energy Solutions A/S through the acquisition of all shares in the company.
Through this acquisition, Guldager increases its presence in the water treatment supply chain by also entering the segment that involves the production and supply of hot water tanks for properties and industry.
Guldager holds a strong position in water treatment, corrosion protection, water softening, and bacterial prevention across industry, properties, pools, and offshore applications.
Following the transaction, ARO Energy Solutions will continue operating under its existing name, with Guldager A/S as its sole shareholder. This means that all contracts, service agreements, and related arrangements will continue unaffected.
The new ownership gives ARO Energy Solutions customers much more direct access to Guldager's product portfolio and service network within water treatment.
