As of January 18, Guldager A/S takes over ownership of ARO Energy Solutions A/S through the acquisition of all shares in the company.
Through the acquisition, Guldager increases its presence in the water treatment supply chain by also having a foothold in the production and delivery of hot water tanks for real estate and industry.
Guldager has a strong position in water treatment, corrosion protection, water softening and bacteria prevention in industry, real estate, pools and off-shore.
After the transaction, ARO Energy Solutions will continue as a company under its previous name, now with Guldager A/S as the sole shareholder. This means that all contracts, service agreements, etc. will continue as before.
The new ownership means that ARO Energy Solutions customers will have much more direct access to Guldager's product range and service network within water treatment.
