Effective May 1, 2024, Guldager assumes ownership of the Processvatten & Service business area from the Envidan Group in Sweden. With this acquisition, Guldager strengthens its presence in service and maintenance within the vital Swedish industrial water treatment market.
Following the acquisition, the acquired business area will be integrated into Guldager Sweden AB. Similarly, all contracts, service agreements, and related arrangements that customers have held with Envidan Processvatten & Service will be assumed by Guldager Sweden.

As part of the transaction, Guldager takes over Processvatten & Service’s team of 9 employees, as well as the business premises in Solna near Stockholm.
