On December 20, 2021, the Guldager Group acquired SiWaTec AG – a 100% Swiss company founded in 2001 by Ignaz Schneider.
SiWaTec specializes in the renovation, repair, and maintenance of public and private swimming pools, as well as bathing facilities and fountains. The scope of repair services includes the repair and replacement of defective components as well as the retrofitting of components.
The company specializes in the calculation, planning, and execution of complete water treatment systems, ranging from simple sand filtration systems to sophisticated 5-stage processes, in accordance with the latest state-of-the-art technology and legislation. With employees boasting more than 20 years of experience in the construction of municipal and private swimming facilities, SiWaTec employs some of the industry's leading experts in this field.
Guldager's acquisition of SiWaTec AG is of great importance to customers in Switzerland, as a comprehensive service program for swimming pools and bathing facilities can now be offered.
