New CEO for Guldager A/S is 47 years old Claus Torbøl, who holds a degree in engineering from DTU in Lyngby & who has also expanded his education with a General Management Program from INSEAD in France. Claus Torbøl comes from FLSmidth, where he was most recently responsible for a global service company. Previously, he has worked with: sales, project management, building country organizations and production in China.
Claus Torbøl states:
“ Guldager is a leading Danish company within water treatment, which has built a European organization with skilled and motivated employees over almost 100 years. The water treatment area is growing rapidly, and Guldager has strong competencies and a good position on the market in Denmark, Switzerland and Belgium. The goal in the coming years will be to use the many years of experience of the employees in Guldager to expand the company within water treatment through continued development of the company, acquisitions of companies and technologies. I look forward to contributing my experience from a technology company to the development of the employees and the company in the coming years. It is an exciting journey and I look forward to working with my new colleagues in Guldager from August 1st.”
