Profine® ZERO professional

In the industrial and professional world, it is essential to have water with specific chemical properties. The presence of dissolved salts in the water is often incompatible with the equipment and work process itself. Reverse osmosis and its pre-treatments are specific processes that allow salt reduction and make the treated water achieve the required qualities.

All Profine® equipment and systems make it possible to determine the residual salinity according to your specific quality requirements and range.

Standard installation kit:

Suspension bracket, 2 pcs M6x20 screws, spacer, clamp for drain 1/4" to Ø40, 2 pcs hose 8 mm x 1 m (inlet and outlet), 1 pc hose 1/4" x 1 m (drain).

Replacement:

The well thought-out design simplifies the replacement of filters and membrane; both for regular and extended service. The activated carbon filters are changed at least every year and the membrane is changed when clogged.

Technical specifications

  • Flow: 24 l/h @ 4 bar inlet pressure
  • Pre- and post-treatment: Profine Carbon Block 5 micron
  • Temperature min/max °C: 5 - 35
  • Supply pressure bar*: 1.5 - 6 bar

*For higher inlet pressures, a pressure reducing valve must be fitted.
