How long is your personal data kept?

In an active customer relationship, your data is kept as long as necessary for us to serve you. If the customer relationship is terminated, your data will be kept for up to two years, depending on the nature of the data. Emails used for marketing are automatically deleted or retained based on your behaviour - If you do not open our marketing emails, your data is automatically deleted after six months.

You can request access to or erasure of your data at any time. For other legislation (accounting and money laundering laws respectively), all transactional data, including contact and company details, are kept for five years.
