With effect from 1 May 2024, the Guldager ownership of the Process Water & Service business area from the Envidan Group in Sweden. With the acquisition, the Guldager its presence within service and maintenance in the important Swedish market for industrial water treatment.
After the acquisition, the acquired business area will be integrated into Guldager Sweden AB. Similarly, all contracts and service agreements, etc. that customers have had with Envidan Processvatten & Service will be taken over by Guldager Sweden.

Included in the deal is that Guldager takes over Processvatten & Service's team of 9 employees, as well as the business premises in Solna near Stockholm.
