State-of-the-art installation ensures spotless dishwashing
No head chef wants to see their flight-type dishwasher break down in the middle of hosting a major conference.
At a large hotel in Copenhagen, Guldager has therefore installed a "UniRO 400" membrane filtration system. Prior to this system, limescale is removed from the water using a "UniSoft®" softening installation.
With these two systems operating in series, Guldager ensures a continuous supply of limescale-free and ultrapure water for the hotel's kitchen and various dishwashing machines.
