In connection with a generational change, the Danish private equity fund, Capidea, invests in Guldager A/S, and at the same time Steen Ulrik Madsen takes over as new CEO. Read the press release here.
Guldager strengthens sales and service efforts with two new employees
Kim Jensen has as of February 1st taken up the position as Area Sales Manager. Kim has extensive experience in coolants and water treatment for industrial applications. Martin Bornø has taken up the position as Service Manager and with his background in, among other things, plumbing and energy, he has a broad professional expertise that will now benefit Guldager's service customers.

For 3 months Chr. Hansen has tested Guldager's UniFilter and CatoRec. Already after the trial period, major savings have been realized on, among other things, the drainage fee.
