We are open and maintain our services the best way possible. However, we have put in place several security measures to counter any infection risk for both our employees and our customers. We will therefore contact all customers by telephone before a visit, where possible, and then decide if it is possible to perform the requested service.
We have also increased our focus on good hand hygiene. Both at our locations and our employees are observant to it in their daily lives with multiple customer visits. Normally there is no need for personal contact when we visit the locations to do service, but as far as possible we keep a good distance and avoid personal and direct customer contact. At the same time, like many other companies, we have asked employees to work from home wherever possible.
At Guldager we act responsibly and follow the instructions of the authorities, but at the same time we also want to help keep the community going in this special situation, which has also been mentioned several times at the government’s press meetings.
We will continuously adjust our actions based on the development of the situation.
